Spoon half the ice cream into the graham cracker crust; smooth top. Drizzle 1 tbsp (15 mL) chocolate syrup over ice cream. Sprinkle with half the toffee bits. Repeat layers one more time.

Tip

For a variation, substitute graham cracker crust with chocolate cookie crust and substitute vanilla ice cream with chocolate ice cream.

Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 6 to 8 hours or until firm.

Cut pie into wedges and serve with drizzles of remaining chocolate syrup.
