Prevent your screen from going dark while you bake.
Heat oven to 350°F (180°C). Microwave peanut butter chips in medium bowl, on MEDIUM (50%) until just beginning to lose their shape. Stir until smooth; set aside.
In large bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla until creamy.
In medium bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and soda and salt; mix into egg mixture. Stir in semi-sweet chocolate chips. Fold in melted peanut butter chips to mix just slightly. Drop by tablespoonfuls.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool on rack; store in covered container.
