Bring the taste of s’mores into your kitchen all year long. These s’mores mini pies are oogey, gooey, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious!
BAKE MODE:
Prevent your screen from going dark while you bake.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Roll out pie crusts and cut rectangles for the mini pies. I was able to cut 6 rectangles from one box.
Place 3 pie crust rectangles on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Add 4 rectangles from any of the bars within the HERSHEY'S S'MORES Variety Kit on each pie crust.
Place the remaining 3 pie crust rectangles on top of the chocolate & bottom pie crust rectangles.
Using a fork, press down the edges of the mini pies to seal.
Crack one egg into a small bowl, add one tablespoon of water and mix. Brush mixture over the tops of the mini pies.
Bake in the oven for approximately 10 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack.
While the mini pies are baking, combine one bag of marshmallows with ¼ cup milk in a microwave safe bowl. Mix and microwave for 30 second intervals until smooth.
Stir in powdered sugar and spoon mixture over the tops of mini pies.
Crush graham crackers and finely chopped remaining HERSHEY'S S'MORES Variety Kit bars. Sprinkle on marshmallow topping. Enjoy!!
