Combine chocolate chips, light cream and sugar in a medium-heavy saucepan set over low heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until chocolate chips are melted and mixture is heated through.
Pour chocolate mixture into a fondue or chafing dish; serve with assorted fondue dippers.
